This is a non-production demonstration of Yantra Works' AI interview technology. It is provided for evaluation and demonstration purposes only and is not intended for use in real recruitment processes. No hiring decisions should be based on this demo.

1. About This Demo

This AI Voice Interview Demo ("the Demo") is operated by Yantra Works Ltd ("we", "us", "our") to showcase our agentic AI recruitment technology. This is a lightweight, non-customised version of our platform.

Important: This Demo is not configured for any specific organisation and should not be used for actual candidate screening or employment decisions. The AI-generated reports are for demonstration purposes only and do not constitute professional recruitment advice.

2. Data We Collect

During your use of this Demo, we may collect and process:

2.1 Audio Data

  • Voice recordings: Your spoken responses during the demo interview
  • Audio transcripts: Text versions of your spoken words generated by AI
  • Audio is processed in real-time through OpenAI's Realtime API and is not permanently stored by us

2.2 Technical Data

  • Browser type and version
  • Device information
  • IP address (for security and abuse prevention)
  • Session identifiers

2.3 URL Parameters

  • Job specification URLs you provide (if any)
  • Guest name parameters (if provided)

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Provide the demo interview experience
  • Generate AI-powered interview reports (for demonstration only)
  • Improve our demonstration and underlying technology
  • Prevent abuse of the service

No Real Recruitment Use: Data collected through this Demo is never used to make actual employment decisions, and demo reports are not shared with real employers or recruiters.

4. Data Processing & Third Parties

4.1 OpenAI

This Demo uses OpenAI's Realtime Voice API to process audio. Your voice data is sent to OpenAI for real-time transcription and response generation. OpenAI's use of this data is governed by their Privacy Policy and API Data Usage Policies.

4.2 Google Cloud

This Demo is hosted on Google Cloud Run. Standard server logs may be retained for security and operational purposes in accordance with Google Cloud's policies.

4.3 Job Specification URLs

If you provide a URL to a job specification, we fetch that content to personalise the demo experience. We do not store this content beyond your session.

5. Data Retention

  • Audio data: Processed in real-time; not permanently stored by Yantra Works
  • Session data: Retained only for the duration of your demo session
  • Server logs: May be retained for up to 30 days for security purposes
  • Analytics: Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics may be retained indefinitely

6. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access any personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing of your data
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)

7. Cookies & Local Storage

This Demo may use:

  • Session storage: To maintain your demo session state
  • Service workers: For Progressive Web App functionality

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics in this Demo.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
  • Secure API key management
  • No permanent storage of voice recordings
  • Regular security reviews

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to this Demo, including but not limited to:

  • The Yantra Works name, logo, and branding
  • The underlying AI technology and algorithms
  • The software code, architecture, and design
  • The user interface and user experience designs
  • All documentation and related materials

are owned exclusively by Yantra Works Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Restrictions

You may not, without our prior written consent:

  • Copy or reproduce any part of this Demo or its underlying technology
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software or attempt to derive source code
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on this Demo
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Use our technology to build competing products or services
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data or content from this Demo by automated means
  • Sublicense, sell, or transfer any rights granted to you

9.3 Trademarks

"Yantra Works", the Yantra Works logo, "Charlotte" (the AI interviewer persona), and all related names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of Yantra Works Ltd. Use of these trademarks without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

9.4 Patents & Trade Secrets

The methods, processes, and technologies used in this Demo may be protected by patents (pending or granted) and constitute valuable trade secrets of Yantra Works Ltd. Any attempt to misappropriate our proprietary technology will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

9.5 Feedback

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding this Demo, you grant Yantra Works Ltd a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our products and services without any obligation to you.

Legal Action: We actively monitor for and pursue unauthorised use of our intellectual property. Violations may result in legal action seeking injunctive relief and damages.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS DEMO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. The AI-generated assessments, scores, and reports are for demonstration purposes only and:

  • Do not constitute professional recruitment advice
  • Should not be relied upon for employment decisions
  • May not accurately reflect a candidate's true abilities or suitability
  • Are generated by AI and may contain errors or biases

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yantra Works Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Demo, including but not limited to:

  • Reliance on demo results for recruitment decisions
  • Any errors in AI-generated content
  • Service interruptions or unavailability
  • Unauthorised access to your data

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Demo after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
